Hi Doctor m gestational diabetic of 24 week pregnant plz suggest me if I have more amniotic fluid is thr any problem for mom n baby now my sugar is 100 or 110 in fasting n 120 or 130 in post lunch m taking insulin also n this is my precious baby as I conceived after 7 years of my first baby loss coz of underweight it was my baby girl n she was thr for only 10 after birth so I kindly request u to pz guide me n help me m tensed...

Your doctor will b ur best guide. Please calm down. Stressing will only harm u and the baby. Try to keep blood sugar under control. I have GDM too and i am on insulin, metformin 500 and gdm safe sachets. Ask ur doctor if u can take gdm safe sachets. As per my doctor taking it will prevent ill effects of gdm from affecting the growth of the baby or the placenta. Constantly be in touch of your doctor. Don't miss any small sign or symptom or doubt or pain u feel, discus it clearly with ur doctor. If ur doctor doesn't satisfy you with proper answers then don't hesitate to approach other doctors in your city for a second opinion.
