Hi, does hepatitis A vaccine cause fever and swelling? And can it be delayed by 2-3 weeks?

Some vaccine can cause fever.. give calpol or Crocin or whatever medicine is suggested by doctor.. fever will go in a day and for swelling give ice pack to baby
