Hi Dr. Bhavi, i have been to c-section delivery in 9th march. my weight was 79kg that time and in these 2 mnths it has reduced to 69 kg. please tell is this much reduction is ok or should i do exercises to reduce more weight

you may exercise once your baby is 6 months

aim at a healthy Holistic Weight loss.<br>
as you are Breastfeeding you need food from all food groups. <br>
Don't go on any <u>crash</u> diets.<br>
ideally start thinking of weightloss post 6months .
