The estimated fetal weight is missing in your report so if you can find that you must type it here because you have not properly click the photograph or maybe there are two reports believe this so you should share complete report as far as I can see the report is ok you need not to worry you should eat everything that only thing you should avoid is raw means pineapple raw papaya BEL fruit taking spinach tablet Cauliflower in moderation if you are having thyroid fluctuations taking care of your salt intake preferably if the salt is bit low that is fine but having salt content to the adequate and above adequate is not good in pregnancy. drink minimum 4 litre of water every day without fail and eat 5 fruits make a chart having fruits will increase your baby's weight and will provide you natural antioxidants also keep continuing your multivitamins and start a dha protein powder if you have not yet

Report is all good. Take good care of yourself.
You can eat everything in moderation.
Traditionally pineapple and raw pappaya are said to cause problems so u can avoid them.
Include dry fruits, yogurt, dates, drumsticks, raisins, tender coconut water, spinach in your diet.
Indulge in your cravings but with a control and share your portion with others too.
You can follow Rujuta diwakar's book on 'pregnancy notes' for details on pregnancy diet.
