Hi Dr. I m in 26th week prenancy. My TORCH Report shows CMV igm 1.13 reactive and amniotic fluid level is drop to 6.9.My dr. Starts Hermin saline. Baby's growth is also drop by 1week. Pls suggest

Is CMV reactivation affect baby when it's reactive? How can i treat this?
