i want to ask dat which protein powder or mothr horlicks or sim mom etc s best to drink mix wth milk

Most protein powders have a lot of sugar and hence best avoided. Have natural protein foods like dals legumes nuts seeds sprouts and if you eat non veg then eggs chicken and fish. Have three to four servings daily to get adequate protein intake for the post partum Lactation period.
