I felt the same issue few weeks back for some time . My doctor advised me that it happens when Ur sleeping posture is not correct because u need extra oxygen supply during this period. Hence sometime when we lie on our back or put our hands to the chest it may restrict breathing .. -Hence u should sleep on Ur side -drink water before <u>sleeping</u><br><br> -make a gap of 2-3 hrs in between sleeping and dinner. <br><br> -Make Ur room airy. <br> <u>Still</u> if u r not feeling ok, consult doctor.
