Hi everyone, I am seeking some guidance on the best way to improve the immunity of the 6-month-old baby. I am regularly giving breast milk but also wanted to introduce something that will help further since it's about time to introduce solids and other stuff.
Is it advisable to go for cow milk or good formula milk while I still continue breastfeeding. If yes which formula milk would be good for babies that also helps in overall health and immunity.

Animal milk is not advisable until 2 years of age. For a 6 month old, you can continue bm, and introduce all kinds of veg and fruits for immunity and digestion.
