I have a 4 month old baby & my maternity leave is exhausted. I am in double minds on when to start work. I m not sure if my MIL will take good care.
Also my health isn't good to start traveling for the job and the doctor have also asked me to test for 6 months. Even if I start office after 2-3 months I don't know how to mange. I don't want my education & career to go for a toss.
People at my home can't understand my state of mind. Can anyone help me with their suggestions.

Hi Khushboo, it's a great idea to start using a day care after the child is one year old. Till then try to get your MIL all the support she needs to look after your baby. Going back to work and continuing is a super idea for many reasons, the top one being, it is great for you

Hey Khushboo yes one should never let go of their career, women should always work. I have lot of BabyChakra friends who extended their maternity leaves. If you can do it till 8 months then it will be good. Few of my friends also choose daycare near to the office. Or if you can hire a helper to help your mil.. Your baby, your body, your career let no one take decisions for you.
