The day when I got d news of my pregnancy, I'm eating lesser than wt I was having before.
My 1st trimester was very smooth. No nausea no vomitting.
Dr said your appetite will increase in 2nd trimester.
Now m in 6th month but still appetite is not increasing.
My tummy feels full even after a small meal..
Is this normal.
Everyone around me is saying you should eat small meals every 2-3 hrs.
But if I have one small meal den I don't hv a feeling to eat something at least for 5-6 hrs.

Try to have more fluids and have quality foods..like for breakfast you can have light upma..idlis.. I mean light stuff..walk a little after every meal..roast some ajwain on a griddle and keep it in a box..after every meal chew it with little salt..helps digestion..have buttermilk during day..soups before meals increase appetite..salads are also good..
