hi everyone I'm 32 weeks 3days AFI is only ,5.59cms hypertension n hyperthyroidism so wat can I do to increase my amniotic fluid my gynaec is planning c sec in next week plz help me baby weight ii's 2.13kg worried
The AFI is low for gestation age and this is not positive for the baby. With a low level it will be difficult for the baby to grow. I am sure your doctor has already administered medications to mature the lungs of the baby. Drink plenty of fluids, eat high quality proteins and also rest. This can help atleast maintain the fluid levels till the baby's lungs mature and the baby is able to breathe outside. Relax as worry will only reduce the fluid levels. At times some decisions have to be taken to help both mother and child.
