Hi everyone. My two months old son doesn't take a sound sleep and keep on stretching and making some sounds during sleep. Sometimes i feel that he is awake. sometimes stretching increases that much that he actually wake up. I am unable to sleep besides him as it remains in my mind that he will wake up. What should i do so that he can sleep well?
dear shivanii, a two month old will wake up during night time for feeds atleast 3 times is minimum .they need milk.every 2 n half to 3 hrs. its natural for baboes to make noise while sleeping unless he is.crying in pain a little grumble is jus so he can wind down .now co sleeping can cause baby to wake up as ur body is close to his . u can get a cot and place it next to you that way he wudnt wake up when u are tossing n turning. and lets face it some moms are heavy sleepers n need space while sleeping .

But today i went to market to buy these. the shopkeeper had no idea about vaaska. Is there another hindi name for sweet flag?

i have not tried just two, its easily available here, you know.. but these two are also serving the same purpose, no harm... but like i have mentioned, it should be a paste that sits on just the tip of your finger(that less) and mix with breast milk as it is a bit spicy on tongue...
