Hi everyone, new to this app. This is a wonderful platform to know everything about pregnancy.
I'm 16 weeks pregnant currently. Found out about low lying placenta at 13th week NT scan. Any suggestions? Plz help on how to move placenta up.;

Do follow what @5f6e0b33c0de03004572c596 suggested but remember your placenta will go up as the baby grows in size and moves upwards..mine moved up after 5th month..so don't worry..relax

I am going through same. You can't do anything to make it go up. It can move up eventually with baby movement. Only taking precautions is what you can do - no strenuous work, no travelling, no sex at all. I am going to office as well daily. So, you can continue with your normal routine.

Hey dear welcome to the Babychakra family !! No worries sometimes the placenta moves up too as the pregnancy proceeds ..I had a placenta previa throughout though !!
Little precautions; should be taken which are explained by Revathi above. ..I was on bed rest and avoided travelling....take care !!

Hey Arti,welcome sweetheart, well Revauthi as explained pretty well. I too had a low lying which auto corrected itself in a few weeks. It usually does correct itself. Just a few precautions here and there!
