Hi everyone.... What should be the balanced diet plan post c section? At that time what foods to be avoided? How to increase BM supply with healthy diet plan? If the weight put on by the mother is too high ( 22- 23 kgs) how to shed those pounds with healthy diet plan?

take water content vegtables and more fruits . Drink 8 glass of water per day.and avoid oily foods

Have everything that's home cooked, simple and not too spicy.; Make sure you have ample fluids and soups too.; Avoid junk initially. Have food that is easy to digest too.; talk to a nutritionist for proper diet taht aims at Weight loss.
