Hi everyone yesterday I went to Dr there early morning bp showed, 130/80",""later on in afternoon hours it showed 150/100"dr advised me to take 100 mg tab twice a day for 15 day till now my bp was ok.. What should I do go for another checkup or start med today what should b best for me.. As m not sure about the bp?
150/100 and accompanied with swelling in the hands and face would be an indication to start the medication. You should get the test done as well as continue monitoring your BP twice a day at a local physician. Reduce salt intake and also increase your potassium intake. This can include banana and coconut water.

monitor bp at home thrice a day..u can get digital bp apparatus which s easy to take bp..I think coz of hospital environment n stress u got high reading in afternoon..
