For my 7 month old baby, I use the soft apple deskin them and scrape it with a spoon and feed her. She chews it and then swallows.

Peal d skin f apple ..Cut in to piece.. steam d apple n mash it.. Dnt boil any fruits..

Boiling and steaming gives weird taste, I would not recommend apple in the beginning of weaning as it causes constipation. You can scrape the apple when she learns to chew, they can very well chew with their gums by 7 or 8 months.

But boiling loses all <u>nutrients</u>
