hey Harpreet ,express your milk and store for your baby in close glass or steal vessel or puches available in market for storing milk. at refrigerator you can keep bm for 24 hours at room temperature you can keep for 5 hours. first six months it's always good to exclusively breast feed baby.invest in good electric <u>pump</u>
