hi.... exactly what time we can feel pain for delivery...actually eating more bananas I hv gained 4kgs weight in 10 days ..now I m 91 kgs....baby is OK..doctor said. but I hope no chance for Cesarean. I m looking for easy normal delivery..I can bera pain but no Cesarean ..is there anything to worry ? I m asked for NST next week I got the meaning also, but what is the purpose of this NST?

no actually my weight is raising baby's weight is only 2kg... But I feel hungry always.....n my sleep I don't know where it has gone? I have counted last 3 months I haven't slept at all.....what do I do for my increasing weight...? as only 15 days are left for completing 9th months

realy agree with all answers that tym u have to walk daily and drink water as well and do some yoga typs thing....if baby weight get to much u r not able for normal delivery dear

i don't know what NST means but 4 kgs in 10 days is a huge number. please make mindful choices in eating or else later delivery weight loss will be difficult. eat what you like, but in moderation :-)
