hi friends, am really upset when am seeing my weight it's 93kg .when I was 2years back I just 75 now am gained 20kg please help me to reduce my weight .what are the diet plan should be follow?anyone suffering as me?please help me.

i completely agree with sheeba! has happened to all of us! once u r able to exercise regularly whatever suits u and try and eat healthy u will notice the difference! chin up - good luck!

nithiya, it is common to gain weight during pregnancy.. don't worry about it.. with a little determination, diet control and exercise, you can reach your old weight in no time... you need to be patient... you did not gain weight in one day, and so you will not lose it in one day either... take firm decisions that you will avoid sweets, fries etc and stick to them... all the best dear...

first stop worrying about it....ur body has gone through many hormonal changes...still its going on....so dnt worry its all for ur baby...walk for 30 mins n have boiled water with fennel seeds It helps u to burn extra fats...n continue to breast feed....
