just like all momies..

I am also trying to lose weight..

I hv tried to alter my diet..... like I am having besan cheela.. . milk n cornflakes.. curd... papaya... kheera ..water
still I feel hungry😣

wat else can i hv in between

avoid stressing over weight loss for atleast six months .. u need the strength and good food for all the loss uve had due to pregnancy.  it weight will drop automatically once ur baby starts moving around . also if ur breast feeding it helps to lose weight.

Super start. Since baby is small please focus on getting good nutrition. I feel the best is to eat less in meals but have small healthy snacks in between. Salads khaooo...lots of it. Dont diet just eat healthy and exercise only when its safe. Lets share what works well for us here on the App.

please eat wel if you are breast feeding. After completion of 6 months, when baby starts it's solids..you can go for low calorie food. Eat often with small quantities. Drink more water. Start walking half an hour daily. Start stretching exercises.
