Aap ek baar apna BP check karwayiye along with urine routine and kft.. to rule out preeclampsia.. use pillows for foot end elevation and also go for regular walks

Swelling kabhi bhi Ho skta hai water retention K wajah se. Ap pillows pair K niche rakhke soye and hot water me pair rakhke senkh Kare.; Salt na lo extra. BP monitor Kare har week.
