Hi friends... Meri normal delivery hui h but Mera stomach ni km Hua m overall bhi weight bht bdh gya h.. Kya kr aisi kya diet lu jisse patla bhi ho Jae n milk production bhi increase ho Jae.. Plz help me out.

Eat papaya.. Also avoid all the fatty food and as u had normal delivery u can easily start working out now.. start with Walk and some kind of abs for your stomach
