Hi friends.. My baby is 22 months old. Stopped breastfeeding fr past 2 weeks..Baby is fine with solid and alternative milk (Aavin blue packet as advised by doctor). First week had heaviness, but no pain. So I didnt took any tablet or didnt express out milk. But now I have fear will that cause any problem? What things we shd do.immediately stopping feed? Please advise. Will it cause any lumps etc?

Express milk intermittently...use a hot towel treatment.. should be fine in a few days...keep massaging..
