My baby is on bm.. Now my weight is 65 kg , before pregnancy 52 and delivery time its 62 ...; Mine is normal delivery .. There is a fat in stomach area..
Plz suggest me some yoga and excercises and diet chart ... For weight loss and timmy fat
Here everyone is telling weight will get decrese once i stop the feeding .. But i getting worried plz help

Nahi exclusive breastfeeding the baby infact helps in weight reduction, don't listen to all this advice. Moreover it's just 4 months so start slowly.
