my baby peeing 25 times in a day and poop only 5 times is this normal she is 1 month old and I take more 3; litter water and 1 litter milk 2 chapaties in whole day .and my brest milk looks like water what should I do???

Please eat well and nutritional food or else what would u pass on pls include vegetables in ur diet.
