Hi friends,need info on child care leave in different companies.
After maternity leave can we avail for child care leave..If so how many months in MNC companies.

Standard maternity leave is for 6 months. After that you can avail the leftover CLs and PLs. In TCS they allow a leave without pay leave up to one year for childcare.
