Hi... From last 1 wk am having a bad acidity problem even am having non spice food the burning sensation really very painful also have lost appetite which I used to have before...please suggest what should I do to avoid this acidity..😑

As pregnancy progress your uterus put pressure on stomach and the result is acidity. So try to eat in small portions and not to lie down after food. In night have your food around 7-8 so that you can digest it. And in this weather loss of appetite is common but you have to eat. You can add fruits to your diet to nourish your body.
