Hey bhuvana u hv already got excellent advice. Read good books, watch awesome movies, pls go thru all the helpful articles on babychakra, keep urself distracted constructively. Be sure to go out for a walk everyday with a friend. Tc and keep talking to us. We are here for u.

Dear it is the hormones which is making you feel so..do as Kavita suggested..music, food, relaxation..try and surround yourself with positive people..let go of any fear and anxiety about th future..this phase will pass soon and you will have your baby in your arms
