Hi.

Girls this time my worry is not about my pregnancy but its about my elder son who is 3.5yrs old . He is super cranky....from start he is not fond of eating he mostly prefer eating apple ,kiwi, pomegrante rest other foods he avoids giving excuses like mumma tummy is paining, i got ulcer in mouth, etc (smart enough to skip food) no rice no chapati nothing ...

And now a days his class teacher is been saying that his not able to pay attention and is not able to hold pencil while class work.

And mostly when i make him walk wid me he says i am tiered ...my mom is also not listeining me still giving him formula milk.saying k he doesnt eat anything atleast let him have milk.

I told mum that give him real milk why formula???but she never listens to me.(old people)😥

What u all say what should i do????

I am worried about his physical and mental health

How can i improve him.☹☹☹☹

First of all formula is not meant for such big Kids tell your mom that pedea has said no and plz dont substitute milk for food. My pedea has said 400-600 ml milk is enough for this big kid. And dint force him to eat kids never ever stays hungry. He will eat fir sure. But if he is already full with milk how will he eat. Calcium Valcium ka koi Bhi excuse Laga do mother ke samne but plz you have to do it. And plz consult a pedea so that he can check whether he is making excuses or there is some reason behind it.

Tabassum
Relax... They have superpowers to escape from mealtimes. I understand. I have two boys who sail in the same boat. But with Moulds. This will make a difference.
Let the kid eat herself, let it be messy, they always like to feel the texture, let them feel it and eat it.
This methid appreciates most of the kids eat at least half the portion of their food.
There is a trick, if they are sweet toothed, add a little more of strawberry puree, sweet potato purees on their plated food.
Try to speak, recite some poems, listen to music.
Distract them when they are fussy.
Give them finger foods paneer fingers, cheese veggie cutlets, boiled carrots etc.
The rule is feed them on demand, be consistent and don't reinforce.
