Hi. Got my anamoly scan done few days back (at 18 weeks 1 day) my cervix length showed 2.93 cm and internal os marginally opened (4mm)
[at 12 and 16 weeks, Cervix length was 3.23 cm and internal os was closed]
Doctor advised cerclage stitch and strict bed rest for 15days. She also started susten tablets daily and injections weekly.
But I took a second opinion and the Dr said stitches not required cervix length 2.93 cm.
Also I did another ob sonography scan from some other place the next day (18week day 2) as second opinion and the results were cervix length 4cm and internal os closed.
What should I do? Should I go for the stitch and continue with the weekly injections

or rely on the second scan and not do anything
{More details about the presenting complaint:

Bleeding at week 16 (after sex). Tablet tranrol E taken once. And susten tablet for 10days. Ob sonography done next day. Everything was normal.
Current medications:

Susten tablets daily and progesterone injections weekly. Faa 20 tablets daily All 9 boh tablets daily Shelcal m tablets daily
Lab tests performed:

NT scan at week 12 [cervix length 3.23 cm, internal os closed] Ob scan at week 16 [cervix length 3.23 cm, internal os closed] Anamoly scan at week 18 day 1 [cervix length 2.93 cm, internal os marginally opened 4mm] Ob scan (second opinion) at week 18 day2 [cervix length 4 cm, internal os closed]}
