Hi guys, actually my wt is now 74 Kgs gradually I Hav to get more weight. my doubt is my thighs r big now. is there any exercises to reduce it . Is there any problem at that time of delivery?

But<br> I'll suggest you to just walk and do your regular household chores during 3 to 4 months of pregnancy but avoid jumping jogging or any of the hard exercises...<br> After 4th month you can ask your gynac and can join yoga classes that is meant only for pregnant ladies itself under expert <u>guidance</u>
