It depends on your individual requirement. It is a prescription given by the doctor. Ideally it is one iron and one 500 mg calcium pill during the day. Always keep a minimum four hour gap between the two. The iron is well absorbed before a meal but for some moms it can cause constipation or acidity and hence then is taken post meals. It is started once you enter the fourth month and from your profile I can see that you are week 30. Hopefully you have been taking these supplements.

These iron n calcium will start after the first 3rd month scan.. Dat means fourth month onwards as prior to it body cannot digest calcium n iron... Till 3rd month only folic acid..

Iron to take before lunch so that the iron in food gets absorbed by the body

My gynaecologist has prescribed one calcium tablet in night post dinner and one iron n folic acid combined tablet pre lunch. Weekly once vitamin D3 sachet, may be that is to reduce weekness
