Hi dear, don't worry at all...

Baby's weight should be above 2.5kg.. You should feel the baby move everyday.I did not count the movement in pregnancy but whenever I used to lie down at night I definitely use to feel movement. Also lying on left side helps in feeling movement of baby. To increase your hb..have iron rich foods followed by vitamin c.Liek you acn take pomegranate and beetroot juice followed by half a glass of lemon water. Also jaggery improves blood ..have it a little bit after meals. Movements will be more prominent as you progress..You would be able to feel during walking too but not too much. With the help of proper trainer you can start pelvic floor exercises but only with an expert Don't try yourself.

1. Average minimum weight is 2.5 kg if the baby is born after 37 weeks. 2. There is no hard and fast rule for the kicks count, if you are busy you may not notice. In an hour if you can count 10 then it's good to go. 3. Have no idea but have heard honey is not safe for pregnant moms and the babies. Beet, anjeer, flax seeds, palak etc improves HB in your blood. 4. While walking, driving the baby is rocked to sleep so you will not feel any movements. 5. If you have not excericed before then please do not start anything now. Walking is just fine, normal delivery depends on lot of things not just excerices. Keep your self active and hydrated.
