hi guys I'm 11 wks prgnt pissed off with gastric problem. I don't eat spicy food no fatty stuffs still every evening I'm troubled with gas and acidity. I hv high risk pregnancy hence can't walk much. what shud I do?

Most importantly don't have fruits before or after meals. there should be a minimum time gap of 1-2 hrs between fruits and meals. This is as per The Health Awareness Center in Mumbai who I follow and they have worked wonders in the lives of many. If you are in Mumbai, do visit them, will help you a lot in your journey ahead. Hi chaitali.. If you are taking iron tablets that may also cause gas... So try to take iron tablets after dinner. A very light walk within home can be done. In extreme conditions.. You May take digene.. Please check with your gynaec first. I also suffered a lot in first trimester.. When things were beyond control I took digene mint syrup.. This helped me in getting sleep. Plus for better iron absorption.. Please Club it with vit c like kiwi or orange.. Also do not take any antacid like digene at the time when you take iron tablets.. Antacid slows iron absorption.. A gap of 2 hrs is recommended.

try to control portion of meal and hav lots of water ,coconut water ,etc nd have lauki ,Tori etc ,buttermilk, fruits .eat less in quantity bt frequently and chew ur food properly eat less in night nd walk 5 mins.avoid unhealthy cravings.o R try to have small piece of jaggery.

u can try and see. also a 5 min light walk may help. just walk in ur bedroom if u can.
