Hi guys.; Last Friday I did sonography and repors says my baby is breech with extended knees and AFI is reduced to 5.7 cm and also loop of cord is seen around fetal neck.; Is there any possibility to increase the fluid level and baby can flip. My Dr said probably I may have to go for c section as normal delivery is next to impossible. I am hell scared 😣
