Hi had normal delivery on 3rd Dec. But my tummy looks in weared shape and feeling like jelly inside tummy why this is happening. And how to reduce belly portion

Normal delivery. I have started to tie a cloth . what would be the duration of that? Can I tie it for while sleeping also

Are use using belt? Did you had normal or C-section delivery.. are your stitches healed? It will take some time to get back to normal.. you have to do good oil massage and tie belt or cloth..
