Feed the baby on demand, at 6 months introduce only one meal. 7 months 2 meals or 1 meal plus 1 snack (fruits) like that keep increasing. Also remember till 1 year breast milk is the main source of nutrition, so breast feed the baby wait for 30 to 40 mins then offer solids.
