U can have all fruits in moderation but don't eat raw or unriped fruits and uncooked or not properly cooked food. <br> In dry fruits u can have raisins, walnut, almond, dates, kaju all in moderation and only after soaking them overnight.

You can have all the fruits except pineapple and papaya as said by Merlin... Include pistachios, walnuts, raisins, cashews

U can have all seasonal fruits . As there r many myths about pineapple nd papaya better 2 avoid it.<br> Dry fruits too all u can have , in <u>moderation</u>
