Its not necessary now. But as the uterus becomes heavy towards the end, getting up and changing side will cause lesser pain in the groin regions.

I am not getting up and turning . Just Moving gentler than normal when I switch sides. As revauthi says, upto your comfort level .

It's not necessary to get up and turn, few moms feel comfortable to get up n do so... Its just upto your comfort level.

Hi I am 10 weeks pregnant.... I ll sleep in my rt or left side by turning during the night time.... Do I need to get up n turn while sleeping????
