Hi.  I am 16 weeks pregnant. my diet schedule has become very odd in the evening. I don't know what to eat after lunch around 5.30-6 before having milk. It causes big gap in my meals and causes lot of heartburn. what should I eat which is nutritious? I don't want to have fruits as I already eat them in morning.

rice flakes with jaggery and coconut, cucumber, carrots, dry fruits, nuts, fruits, murmura etc.

have roasted chana, dry bhel, khakhra or oats biscuit. But even fruits should be spaced out according to my dietician.

Eat dry fruits or Tiffins like upma, idli, dosa, khichdi, poori, sprouts.
