Hi.. I am 18 weeks 2 days pregnant with twins.. I got my CBC done.. and my haemoglobin is 9. Please advise if the level is very low and how to increase the same.

Anon,,, it is very low.. try to have iron rich foods like beetroot, raisins, green leafy veggies.. also if doctor insists then go for iron injections..
