Hi i am 21 weeks pregnant and sometimes I feel breathless. Please suggest me what to do. It will affect to my baby or not.l am so much worried.

Hi mom to be this distress could be caused due the growing weight of the baby. You can do some morning breathing exercise like pranayam. This will help you to be a less stress. Also you can take short walk in the morning for some air freshness
