Cervicle length of 28mm may cause pre term labor.. hope you have discussed with your doctor about this.. stick on to bed rest for atleast one more month- 4 weeks.. dont do any sort of physical exertions.. drink more water and do foot end elevation, keep an eye on fetal movements..
