hi i am 36 weeks pregnant in this weeks appointment doctor said baby is in head down position but not engaged yet. is this normal? i am worried as baby was in breech position till 34 weeks. when does the babys head get engaged? should i do anything which can help the baby engage?
it is very normal.  my baby's head didn't engage till the 39th week. and when it did, it still wasn't as engaged as it is normally but because my other vitals and baby's were normal,  labour was induced in the 40th week. don't worry.  squats help and so does butterfly yoga. It should happen by ths time as per my knowledge.. Or by 37 week... U can try dng some squats so it helps.. Do check wth doc once....
