hi .i am a mother of a preterm baby.. baby was born in 7th month with just 960g of weight ..so was in nicu for 46days.. nw my baby has completed 3 months n his weight is 3kg100g.. n according to my due date he is 23 days old..my provlem is i am not getting milk.. tried all medicines , food etc bt stil of no use. my baby is on pro nan1 . wht should i do ? i feel very guilty that i am not able to feed me. pls help me.
even when my baby was in nicu i didnt get that much milk n now it has stopped..too tensed becoz of that.

What location are u based in ? We can advise lactation counselors accordingly.

don't feel guilty darling.. d more u will take tensing.. d more milk supply will be less.. n there is no harm in giving ff... u can also consult a lactation counselor if u want..

Never feel guilty that you are not getting milk. It happens to a lot of people and no milk production is natural, supporting with medicine you have tried but beyond that u can't do anything. As Sonali mentioned were you giving him your expressed milk when he was in the NICU?? if yes or no however nothing much can be done when it is stopped but if you are able to feed even 50ml then try meeting lactation counselor if no milk then just go as you are doing now.
