Hi!! I am in my 36th week and doctor has advised me NST test. I want to know what it is and Is anything serious or its just a normal test. Please advise. Thanks.
Iits a normal test... Just to reassure all is well... Not even recommended but no harm getting it done..extra test for reassurance

Non stress test which has been done during labor , dr check baby movements, heart rate and contractions .
