hi I am under 5he weaving stage. slowly I have cut down my feed. now for past 2 days I have completely stopped breastfeeding my baby moreover I have stopped using the pump too. I feeling slightly pain in left nipple also feeling slight heaviness and slight pain in let chest. my baby used to take maximum from the left chest only. how this pain will go.

is it harmful for me.

Hi how old is your baby ?? Has your baby completed at least one year of age ?? Doctors recommend to BF till the age of 2. don't stop feeding suddenly as this will be uncomfortable for you and also for baby. you should stop gradually and not suddenly. is there any particular <u>reason</u> you want to stop feeding , if not and if you can manage to continue feeds and then slowly reduce it will not cause you any pain.
