hi , i had a c section on march 27th and bleeding stopped in mid April, but yesterday night i had light spotting and even today I have spotting , i am exclusively breastfeeding .. want to know if this is my regular menstrual cycle and if so will it effect my breast milk ?
thanks much i was worried that the milk secretion will reduce if i get periods

it will not affect ur feeding. this may or maynot be a period. the early cycles tend to be irregular in frequency n flow.<br>
