Hi, I had a c section some 22 days before..I want to know what diet should I follow for my health as well as to increase breastmilk..my daughter hs got infantile colic. would eating panjiri, laddoo etc. help in anyways after delivery? also, can I eat green leafy veg? is it true that whatever I eat can cause gas to my daughter through breastmilk?

No foods that you eat will not cause gas to the baby. Feed frequently as that will help to increase your milk supply. Laddoos etc are rich in ghee and sugar and best avoided. The ingredients that are there are fine such as gond lapsi dry fruits so if you can make this into a porridge and have instead that would be fine. Yes green leafy vegetables are good for you.

if colic avoid sepu,brinjal,potato etc have vegys leafy soup,garlic, oats, warm water, dryfruit laddoo, shatavari, use hing in food.avoid acidic n gastric foods
