hi i had csection delivery...now my baby is 5 nd half month old..i gain lots f weight in thigh nd buttock during pregnancy...can i do skipping for weight loss or anything else ?

skipping is high intensity cardio... you should start with light exercises and then build up the intensity...

normally after c section 6 months u shud wait and get a clearence from ur gynac. get that and then u can start with mild exercises and increase intensity as u go.
